A package, or sometimes referred to as a kit, is a specific group of log components and lumber materials that are needed in constructing your log home. We offer the Premium Package. When purchasing a log package, you are buying the majority of the structural components that comprise your log home. Go to the Materials page for the logs and building materials that are included in the Premium Package.

For all canceled accounts, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of blueprints and engineering. For all returns, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Log Walls – Exterior/Interior Log Walls, Gable Ends – prices are based on Swedish Cope logs with saddle notch corners
Second Floor System – Log Loft Floor Joists, Support Posts, 2″ x 6″ T&G for Loft Floor Decking, Log Stair Set with Log Railing, Loft Railing, as specified
Log Stairs – 10″ Stringers with 12″ Treads
Roof System – Log Roof Beams, Log Support Posts, 1″ x 6″ T&G for Ceiling
Log Fastening – Log Home Screws, Caulking for interior and exterior, Foam Gasket
Exterior Log Stain – Exterior Log Home Stain
Log Porches, Decks, and Balconies – Log Porch Header, Log Porch Posts, Log Railing (top rail, bottom rail, spindles)
Blueprints – Blueprints
Garages – Garages are provided where shown. An attached garage or a detached garage can be added to your design.
*Custom Design Service – Custom changes can be made to our stock plans for an hourly fee.
